Using Buckets

Buckets provides tools for creating and participating in fantasy basketball leagues. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, keeping your account secure and using the service lawfully and respectfully.

League commissioners

Commissioners control league settings and may have the ability to manage rosters, drafts, scoring, fixtures, waivers, trades and other competition rules. Managers are responsible for understanding the rules chosen by their commissioner. Buckets provides the platform but does not resolve private disputes about a league's agreed rules unless the software itself has malfunctioned.

Starter & Pro

Starter is the free Buckets league tier. Pro is a paid league upgrade that unlocks additional commissioner controls. Current Pro pricing is displayed on the Buckets pricing and payment screens before purchase.

Pro purchases

Pro purchases are made for the identified league and season. Payment is processed by Stripe. Access is activated only after Buckets receives verified payment confirmation. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, a Pro purchase does not create an automatically renewing subscription.

Trials

Eligible leagues may receive a Pro trial. Trial eligibility, timing and included capabilities are determined by the product rules shown in Buckets. Ending a trial does not automatically rewrite competition results or league rules that have already affected play.

Refunds & consumer rights

Refund requests are considered in light of the circumstances of the purchase and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a Pro payment is fully refunded, the associated paid entitlement may end or return to an eligible unexpired trial.

Availability & changes

Fantasy sports depend on schedules, statistics, data sources and third-party infrastructure. We work to keep Buckets accurate and available, but temporary interruptions and corrections may occur. Features may evolve as the service develops. We will avoid intentionally changing active competitive behaviour in a way that unfairly alters an in-progress league without good reason.

Fair use

Do not attempt to interfere with Buckets, access another user's account or league without permission, exploit security weaknesses, scrape the service in a way that harms availability, or use Buckets for unlawful activity.

Fantasy competition only

Buckets is a fantasy sports platform. Unless a specific feature explicitly says otherwise, Buckets does not provide gambling, wagering or financial advice.

These terms may change as Buckets adds competitions, paid products or new functionality. Material updates will be reflected by changing the date at the top of this page.
