What we collect

When you use Buckets, we may process account details such as your name, email address and authentication information; league information such as team names, league settings, rosters, transactions, lineups and draft activity; support messages you send us; and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

Payments

When a league purchases Pro, payment processing is handled by Stripe. Buckets stores payment references, status and entitlement information needed to activate and manage the league purchase. Buckets does not store full card numbers.

How we use information

• Provide and operate fantasy leagues.
• Authenticate users and keep accounts secure.
• Save league settings, rosters, drafts, transactions and results.
• Process and verify Pro purchases.
• Respond to support requests and product feedback.
• Investigate bugs, abuse and service issues.
• Improve Buckets based on product usage and feedback.

Service providers & overseas processing

Buckets relies on infrastructure and service providers including Supabase for backend services, Vercel for application hosting and Stripe for payments. Those providers may process information in countries where they operate infrastructure or provide support. We use providers that maintain their own privacy and security obligations, but their handling of information is also governed by their own policies.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. League information is visible to other league members where that is necessary for the fantasy competition to work. We may disclose information to service providers where required to operate Buckets, to protect users or the service, or where required by law.

Access & correction

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you or request that inaccurate information be corrected. Use the Contact page and choose the most relevant support category. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account before acting on it.

Privacy questions & complaints

If you have a privacy question or believe Buckets has handled your information incorrectly, contact us through the Contact page. We will review the issue and respond through the contact details you provide.

Retention & deletion

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide Buckets, maintain league history, meet security or accounting requirements, respond to support matters and resolve disputes. Account and data deletion options will continue to expand as the service develops.

Security

We use server-side access controls, database permissions and other safeguards designed to restrict access to sensitive information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we treat account, league and payment data as a core product responsibility.

Changes

We may update this policy as Buckets adds competitions, features or service providers. The date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
